If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

GetRealHome.com is a dynamic Q&A community platform designed to foster real estate engagement and support. Beyond providing resources, tools, and guidance for sellers using our Basic, Pro, and Ultimate packages—including MLS access, Comparable Sales Analysis (CSA), checklists, eBooks, and Agent support (where applicable)—we encourage a thriving community. We welcome participation from a wide range of professionals, including appraisers, photographers, drone operators, electricians, roofers, plumbers, HVAC technicians, lawyers, architects, builders, commercial investors, and even competitors, who may offer diverse perspectives. The larger and more organic this community grows, the better it serves our clients through shared knowledge and insights.
We invite questions from all users, regardless of whether they’ve purchased our services, to build confidence and inform future decisions. We respectfully request that all users be kind and respectful toward one another.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to use the Site. Use is limited to individuals or entities engaging in real estate transactions within Tennessee and Mississippi, where we are licensed (TN License # [number], MS License # [number]). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
4. User Accounts and Data

Get Real Realty provides the Site “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from use, including errors in CSA data or third-party services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for your package, if any.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Real Realty, its officers, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ends, but prior transactions under our packages remain governed by their addenda.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee and Mississippi, depending on your transaction location. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdictional court.
